Espresso Latte

Espresso: Double Shots
Beans: Thomas Hammer Black & Tan Blend
Dairy: Oatly Barista Oat Milk
Cup: 10oz

Notes:
Replaced the milk with oat milk. The milk is less creamy but it still works well and I like the taste with oat milk better. This time I can create a wider layer and pull it one by one.

Espresso Latte

Espresso: Double Shots
Beans: Thomas Hammer Black & Tan Blend
Dairy: Whole Milk
Cup: 10oz

Notes:
This morning I tried to control the pattern by a pause for each layer but I feel like the milk foam is not thick enough to create a wider pattern. And also, I realized I should try a single shot espresso while using the 10 oz cup.

Mocha

Espresso: Anthem Coffee Espresso Blend (Medium Dark Roast)
Dairy: Whole Milk
Add: Fran's Chocolate Sauce

Notes:
Recording the process will help improve the skill by seeing it repeatedly.

Espresso Latte

Espresso: Anthem Coffee Espresso Blend (Medium Dark Roast)
Dairy: Whole Milk

Notes:
The espresso creates an excellent canvas for the pouring. The first pour was too fast, and the center flower needed a better contrast. When the milk sat a bit, the side branches had better shape.

2023/July

Espresso Latte

Espresso: Tailored Coffee Intro Blend (Medium Roast)
Dairy: Whole Milk / Soy Milk

Notes:
Milk whitened the coffee canvas, and the milk foam is too light with soy milk.

2020/Winter

Matcha Latte

Dairy: Whole Milk / Soy Milk
Add: Matcha Powder

Notes:
Matcha helps create a colored canvas for the milk foam pattern, but soy milk reduces the milk foam density.
